20.08.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Sayyed Tauseef the learned advocate for the institution submits that the institution would forward the proposal transferring the petitioner from unaided to aided division with the Education Officer within a period of four weeks.

In case such a proposal is forwarded the Education Officer shall take decision upon the said proposal within a period of three months thereafter on its own merits. As far as arrears of salary is concerned the petitioner may make grievance before the Education Officer which would be considered after hearing all the parties. Writ petition is disposed of.
