1] Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2] Considering the order passed by the this Court dated 25th June, 2018 in Civil Application No.4082 of 2018 in First Appeal No. 4747 of 2017, the applicants are permitted to withdraw further 25% of the balance amount of compensation deposited in this Court subject to furnishing solvent surety/security of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court. The balance amount deposited in this Court be kept in Fixed Deposit in any Nationalized Bank.
