The present proceeding is fled to challenge the order passed by the respondent by which the application is fled for

933- Cri. W.P. No. 1875-2019.odt furlough leave is rejected on the ground that leave is granted to him in calendar year 2018-2019 and as he turned up late for two days of the year 2019 and as the furlough leave granted in the year 2018, the application is rejected.

Now we are in the month of December 2019, and so the application can be considered January 2020. On usual terms and conditions he is to be released on furlough leave in January 2020.

Rule made absolute in those terms.
