The application is filed for transfer of divorce proceedings bearing HMP No.08/2021 pending before Civil Judge Senior Division at Nanded to Civil Judge Senior Division at Basmat, Dist. Hingoli. 2.

The learned Advocate for the respondent submits that distance between two places i.e. between Basmath to Nanded is 25 kilometers and that the Regular Civil Suit No.424/2008 is filed by the wife and the same is at Nanded, and in both the matters proceedings is going on simultaneously. 3.

In view of the same, I see no reason to transfer the HMP as the same would be conducted on the very dates at Nanded and it is also convenient for the wife as the distance is less.

With observations as above, the application is dismissed. 5.

It is further directed that as far as possible, the Courts to grant same dates in both the proceedings.
