The petitioner claims to have belonged to 'Koli Malhar' Scheduled Tribe. This Court vide order dated 21.08.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.13351 of 2024 granted the petitioner's real brother, Kunal Validity Certificate. The order under challenged in this Writ Petition and in that Writ Petition was one and the same passed by the Respondent-Scrutiny Committee. As such on the ground of parity and the petitioner being the real brother of Kunal we have no option but to grant the petitioner Validity Certificate, hence the following order :-

ORDER

i.

The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

ii.

The impugned order dated 26.11.2024, passed by Respondent No.2-Scrutiny Committee, is hereby quashed and set aside. Narwade/

Respondent No.2- Scrutiny Committee shall issue the validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Koli Malhar' Scheduled Tribe, which shall be valid till the validity of the petitioner's real brother, Kunal is intact i.e. the validity granted to the Petitioner shall be co-terminus with the validity to his real brother, Kunal. iv.
