1] The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given a proposal to respondent nos.2 and 3 to give him pay-scale of trained primary teacher, his proposal is not considered.

2] We, therefore, direct the respondent nos.2 & 3 to consider the proposal dated 2/7-11-2015 submitted by the Block Education Officer expeditiously within a period of three months.

3] The petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
