The appeal fled by the petitioners against the order of transfer has been rejected. The appeal against imposition of penalty of stoppage of one increment on the ground of supplying wrong information is still pending. Unless the appeal of the petitioner against imposition of penalty is decided, grievance of the petitioner cannot be considered. The petitioner may raise a grievance with regard to his transfer in case his appeal pending before the Divisional Commissioner against the order of imposition of penalty of stoppage of one increment is decided. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
