By way of present application the applicants/petitioners pray for adding parties to the petition as well change in the name of petitioner No.3, by inviting our attention to the grounds stated in the application at paragraph nos. 3,4 and 5 as well copy of the Government Gazette notification placed on record at Page No.15 and copy of the order placed on record dated 06.12.2016. 3.

The application is allowed for the reasons

( 2 ) ca15218.18 stated in the application in terms of prayer clauseB. 4.

The petitioner to take necessary steps to amend the petition by Monday i.e. 11.02.2019. If such steps are taken, issue notice to added respondent Zilla Parishad, Nashik, Zilla Parishad, Nanded and Zilla Parishad, Nandurbar, returnable on 22.03.2019.
