This petition can be disposed on a short count as the petitioners are restricting their prayer for expeditious decision of their representation dated 25 September 2019 by respondent No.2. 2.

The learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 in such circumstances submits that appropriate order be passed. 3.

In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2, to decide the representation filed by the petitioners dated 25 September 2019 on it's own merits and in accordance with law and policy as may be applicable, as
