(Date: December 14, 2018) PER COURT :- We have heard Mr. D.S. Mali, learned counsel for the applicant. Learned counsel submitted that the post of Laboratory Attendant is vacant in the respondent school and the applicant is required to be promoted on the said post. The said post is of class 'C' cadre. According to the learned counsel, this aspect is required to be considered.

{2} CA 292.17.odt We have specifically observed that if in future any post of Class III cadre becomes vacant, the respondent management is required to consider the case of the applicant for promotion on the said post, as per Rules and Government Resolution dated 10th May, 2005.
