This Court, by order dated 14th January, 2016, has protected the applicants, who are shown as suspects in the crime in question, i.e. C.R. No.204 of 2013, registered with Shrigonda police station, for offences punishable under sections 302 and 394 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Pursuant to the ad interim protection ordered by this Court, the applicants have appeared before the Investigating Officer along with their written communications, who has accepted the said statement. Apart therefrom, it is informed by the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor at bar, that the applicants have volunteered for their narco analysis test. 4.

Upon perusal of the investigation papers and other documents placed on record, it is no doubt true that the applicants are impleaded as accused only on suspicion. There is no direct evidence connecting the applicants with the crime in question. If during further investigation, any adverse material is noticed against the applicants, it will be open for the prosecution to move for cancellation of bail. 5.

In view of above observations, ad interim protection granted by this Court on 14th January, 2016, stands confirmed on the same terms. The applicants initially shall attend the concerned police station during the period from 1st to 4th February, 2016, between 10.00 a.m. and 12 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. Criminal Application stands allowed in above terms. (N.W. SAMBRE, J.) amj
