As there is an alternate remedy available under the Mamlatdar's Courts Act, after examining the provision, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding before the appropriate authority. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty as prayed for to challenge the impugned order. In the event, appeal against the impugned orders is filed before the appropriate authority, the time spent in this Court would be excluded under section 14 of the Limitation Act to pursue the remedies before the appropriate authority.
