Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent No.1.

The learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to lead evidence before the Family Court, Nanded in main maintenance application in support of the contention of the petitioner.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for petitioner that the petitioner is getting salary of Rs.77,000/- per month and he has liability, as his other family members are depending on him. The petitioner be permitted to lead evidence in that regard. The learned counsel further submitted that the Trial Court shall not be influenced

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

The trial court shall decide the main maintenance application on its own merit. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
