It would be open for the petitioners to approach the Appellate Forum, raising grievance in respect of the orders passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer.

The petitioners undertake to file appeals within a period of three weeks from today. If the petitioners tender the appeals before the Appellate Forum within three weeks from today, the Appellate Forum

wp12597-2016+ shall decide the appeals on their own merit within a period of eight weeks from the date of presentation of the appeals by the petitioners.

Until disposal of the appeals by the Appellate Forum, no adverse action be taken against the petitioners on the ground of their failure to submit tribe/caste certificate.

With the above directions, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No order as to costs.
