This Civil Revision Application arises out of an order passed by Civil Court, thereby, dismissing the land acquisition reference filed by the applicant. Since there was delay in filing the Civil Revision Application, the present Civil Application is filed for condonation of delay.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that in view of the decision of this Court in Writ Petition No. 12795 of 2019 dated 17th January, 2020, he will file the Writ Petition challenging the 1/2

Leave is granted as prayed. The applicant is permitted to convert the Civil Revision Application into Writ Petition. 5.
