The petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents to disburse pension to the petitioner. 2.

According to the respondents, the petitioner was appointed from S.T. Category. His caste claim was invalidated way back in the year 1992. It appears that petitioner has not assailed the same. According to the petitioner, the petitioner was not aware of the said judgment.

In the present case, as the said judgment is not a subject matter of challenge, we need not enter into the said debate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would challenge the said judgment of the committee.

In light of above, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the said judgment of the Committee. The petitioner may also claim reliefs as have been claimed in the present petition. In that event, all contentions are kept open. No costs.
