It is submitted by the petitioner that after rejection of his caste claim of Pangul NT-B, the petitioner had resubmitted the proposal seeking validity as Gawali NT-B. The same is not accepted. 2.

The committee cannot refuse to accept the proposal. How the proposal would be dealt with by the committee is a different aspect altogether, but the committee cannot refuse to accept the proposal. If the proposal is submitted by the petitioner, the committee shall accept the proposal and take decision upon it considering the documents on record and the earlier orders passed by the scrutiny committee on the proposal of the petitioner for Pangul NT-B caste.

With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
