The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 530 of 2015 registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.

Perusal of F.I.R. and other investigation papers depict that there is no specific role attributed to the applicant. Even the fact remains that the incident took place after six years of marriage, as

The applicant be released on bail, in connection with Crime No.530 of 2015 registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, on executing P.R. bond of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount.
