This is an application for condonation of delay of 19 days caused in filing the present First Appeal.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Considering the days of delay and reasons stated in the application, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents as the delay is not deliberately caused and the delay deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, following order:

ORDER

a.

Civil Application is allowed.

b.

Delay of 19 days caused in filing the present First Appeal is hereby condoned.

c.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

This is an application seeking stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 28.01.2026. 3.

Meanwhile, there shall be ad-interim-stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and order on condition that appellant shall deposit entire amount under impugned judgment and order with the Registry of this Court within eight weeks from today. 4.

If the award amount is not deposited within eight weeks, ad-interim-stay granted by this Court deemed to be vacated without further reference to this Court.
