1] The letter dated 25.09.2025 is received from the Civil Judge Senior Division, Ahmedpur, for extension of time of six months to decide Regular Civil Suit No.07/2019. 2] In the aforesaid letter, the trial Court has stated that the parties have not co-operated him in disposing the matter. Considering the same, six [06] months time is granted as prayed. However, the trial Court to endeavour to decide the aforesaid suit and not to grant unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
