The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail, in connection with Crime No. I-116 of 2015, registered with Police Station Virgaon, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Perused the investigation papers. No visible injury is

Other investigation papers speak of prima facie non involvement of the applicants in the crime in question. As such, the application is allowed. Hence, following order. In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. I-116 of 2015, registered with Police Station Virgaon, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, upon executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them.
