We have heard Mr. Kale, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned AGP.

It is submitted that the other persons pursuant to the same award had filed Writ Petition No. 8676 of 2018 and this Court disposed of the same under order dated 13.11.2019.

Considering the contentions of the petitioners, the petitioners have remedy under Section 3(H) 4 of the National Highways Act. 4.

In the light of that, the petitioners may approach the competent authority raising necessary grievance.

Naturally, the observations made in Writ Petition No. 8676 of 2018 under order dated 13.11.2019 shall also apply in the present matter.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
