We have heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that application filed by the acquiring body under section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is posted for final hearing on 24th January, 2020. The parties shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the said application before the District Judge.

Considering the fact that the proceedings are pending since 2013, the District Judge shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously.
