The respective applicants-original claimants are seeking setting aside of the orders dated 01.03.2022 whereby

{2} ca707.23.odt registration of their appeals, mentioned therein, was refused for want of removal of office objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. However, certain cost needs to be imposed on the respective applicants for their negligent approach.

As such, the order dated 01.03.2022 stands recalled and both the First Appeals of the applicants are restored for removal of office objections within two weeks, subject to cost of Rs.500/- in each of the appeal, to be paid to the Bar Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad. The delay periods mentioned in both the applications stand condoned.

Civil Applications are disposed of.
