The allegations are made regarding demand of bribe by the Additional Commissioner, Nashik. We do not see that any complaint has been filed with the police station by the present petitioner. Even request is made for initiation of disciplinary proceedings that would be within the realm of civil writ petition.

The petitioner may approach such forum if so advised or may take up such appropriate proceeding as is permissible in law. The writ petition is disposed of.
