The petitioner is challenging the seniority. If any dispute arose about the fixation of the seniority, the Government has constituted Committee vide Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021. However, the petitioner has made representation to one of the members of the Committee and not addressed to the proper authority. Hence we cannot issue directions as prayed by the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner may address the complaint with the concerned authority.
