The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.96/2015, registered at Kandhar Police Station, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under Section 376 (1) and 109 read with Sec. 34 of Indian Penal Code, for an incident of October 2014 reported on 2nd August 2015.

Perusal of the F.I.R. and other papers does not depict any involvement of the applicant in commission of crime in question. The applicant is a senior citizen and father of the main accused. Apart from above, it is reported that the investigation in the matter is already complete. As such, it will be appropriate in my opinion to order release of the applicant.

The applicant be released on bail in No.96/2015, registered at Kandhar Police Station, District Nanded, for the offence punishable under

Cri.Appln.6781/2015 Section 376 (1) and 109 read with Sec. 34 of Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. 5.
