The respective applicants-original claimants are seeking setting aside of the orders dated 18.01.2022 whereby registration of their appeals was refused for want of removal

{2} ca706.23.odt of offce objections. The learned Counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all the offce objections within two weeks. However, certain cost needs to be imposed on the respective applicants for their negligent approach. As such, the order dated 18.01.2022 stands recalled and the both the First Appeals of the applicants are restored for removal of offce objections within two weeks, subject to cost of Rs.500/- each in both the matters to be paid to the Bar Library of Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad. The delay periods mentioned in both these applications stand condoned.
