The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.129/2015 registered at Karmad Police Station, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 452, 324, 323, 504 read with sec.34 of Indian Penal Code.

The investigation in the matter is completed and charge-sheet is already filed.

Looking to the nature of offence with which the applicant is alleged to have been committed and the prescribed punishment for the same, in my opinion, the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary and the applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
