This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 4 - Committee to take decision on the caste certificate validation proposal in respect of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today and, it is accordingly directed. 3.

Respondent no.3 shall not take any adverse action against petitioner until decision of the caste validation claim pertaining to petitioner pending with the Committee. Respondent no.2 - Health University shall permit the petitioner to appear for the examination, in the meanwhile. It would be open for the petitioner to tender his scholarship form to the requisite authority and the same shall be processed subject to the decision of the validation proposal.
