Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Perused the impugned Judgments and Awards and the grounds of objections raised in exception to the said Judgments and Awards. In view of the submission made, the following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount along with the interest accrued thereon on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar of

(ii) Balance 25% amount along with the interest accrued thereon be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeal. (iii) Civil Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.

The appeals be placed for final disposal at the admission stage on 19.03.2019.
