The first applicant in this application is Shri. Anil Ganjidhar Pawar, who is present before us in person, having been permitted to address this Court. Applicant No.2 is his legally wedded wife and both are living together. The applicant in person Shri. Pawar, submits that he is representing himself and Advocate Ms. Waghmare represents applicant No.2.

Both inform that this application can be disposed off by expediting the hearing in R.C.C. No.477 of 2014, in connection with the Crime No.72 of 2014. The learned Prosecutor has no objection.

Notice issued to respondent No.1 has been served. No appearance has been entered either in person or through an Advocate. The learned Prosecutor representing respondent No.2 - State, submits that respondent No.1 has filed her reply.

We find that both the applicants have put forth an innocuous prayer and no prejudice will be caused to any of the respondents if the applicants seek expedited hearing in the pending Regular Criminal Case No.477 of 2014.

In view of the above, this application is disposed off at the request of the applicants.
