The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 3 and 4/Management, on instructions, submits that the deficiencies which are pointed by the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nanded will be removed/complied with within a period of three weeks from today and a proposal will be re-submitted to the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nanded. Upon receiving such proposal from respondent No. 3, we direct the Joint Director of Higher Education, Nanded to take decision on the said proposal, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible; however, within a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of the said proposal and the

wp12200-2015 decision so taken shall be communicated to respondent Nos. 3 and 4 and the petitioner. In case the said Authority feels it necessary to hear the respondents/Management or for that matter, the petitioner, the said Authority will be at liberty to do so.

With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
