The applicants are apprehending arrest in Crime No. 1090 of 2022, registered with Newasa Police Station, Ahmednagar, for offences punishable under sections 307, 452, 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
FIR is lodged by Mehboob Gulab Syyed alleging that on 28.11.2022 at about 12.30 noon, Pravin and applicants assaulted informant and his wife. It is alleged that Pravin used iron rod for assault and applicants Namdev and Latabai used wooden sticks.

Heard the learned advocate for the applicant and Bhagyawant Punde
{2} 18-ABA-1774-2022+ learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents. Perused the investigation papers.

Injury certificates reveal three injuries to wife of informant i.e. one abrasion and two blunt trauma. All the three injuries are simple. Informant has suffered two injuries, one CLW and one trauma, both are simple in nature. From accused Pravin, weapons allegedly used in the crime are recovered. AccusedPravin is released on regular bail by the Sessions Court. 5.
Investigation appears to be almost complete. Applicants were granted interim protection, they have attended the concerned police station and have co-operated in the investigation. Pre-trial custodial detention of the applicants, in the facts of the present case is not necessary. The applications are therefore allowed by confirming interim protection. 6.
Till filing of charge sheet, applicants shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigating officer. The applicants shall not tamper the prosecution evidence. [NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.] Bhagyawant Punde
