The learned advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits that the view taken by this court, vide order dated 6.1.2023, passed in writ petition No. 13344 of 2022, filed by Datta Rushiket Salunke and others vs. State of Maharashtra and others, would be applicable to the petitioner.

The learned advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner would make an online application for seeking transfer on account of couple convenience. The same may be considered for the academic year 2023-2024 onwards.

In view of the above, we expect that respondent No.4 would consider such online application of the petitioner in accordance with the policies applicable and without undue delay. 5.
