By the present application, the applicants have prayed for condonation of delay of 183 days caused in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased/appellant/claimant on record, setting aside abatement and permission to bring the legal heirs on record.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 183 days is hereby condoned. Abatement is set aside. The applicants are permitted to bring themselves on record as legal heirs of deceased appellant on record. Necessary amendment be carried out on or before 13.03.2025, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed. 3.
