The learned Advocate for the applicants/original petitioners submits that the second civil application is filed for restoration of the writ petition. It is now noticed that the writ petition has not been dismissed as against the unserved respondents despite the order of this Court dated 08/06/2018.

It is, therefore, submitted that the second civil application can be disposed off. Accordingly, the second civil application stands disposed off.

In the first civil application, the petitioner prays for issuing khs/JULY 2019/2659

- 2 - notice to respondent No.2, which would be published in Daily "Divya Bhaskar", Surat Edition, State of Gujarath.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed. Office to re-issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 23/08/21019. The notice shall be published in Daily "Divya Bhaskar", Surat Edition, State of Gujarath, at least 15 days prior to the returnable date and a copy of the newspaper shall be placed on record on or before 13/08/2019, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed as against respondent No.2 without reference to the Court on 14/08/2019.
