2] The original claimant is seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation deposited in this Court by the acquiring body. 3] The learned AGP opposes the application.

4] Considering the reasons assigned in the impugned judgment and taking note of the fact that the rate awarded by the Reference Court is less than what was being claimed by the claimant and is in tune with what was agreed before the Lok Adalat, as mentioned in paragraph no.13, the applicant is entitled to receive the entire amount of the compensation. 5] The application is allowed.

6] The applicant is allowed to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited in this Court; 75% by furnishing usual undertaking and 25% by furnishing solvent security.
