We have heard the learned counsel for petitioners and Mr. Dighe, the learned A. G. P. for respondents. It is submitted that,

2 cp 19.16 the order passed by this Court directing the respondents to pay the amount would be complied within a period of four (4) weeks from today and the cheque of approximately Rs. 10 crores is already issued to the respondent No. 6.

Accepting the statement made by the learned A. G. P. on the basis of instructions of the respondent No. 6, who is present in the Court that the payment would be made within a period of four (4) weeks from today, the contempt petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
