Present application has been filed for getting delay of 21 days condoned in filing Second Appeal. The application has been strongly objected by the respondent, on the ground that the reason given is not sufficient and reasonable. The applicant contends that he had approached Advocate at Aurangabad with certified copies, however, he was required to obtain more certified copies and since he is an agriculturist and due to the drought situation could not arrange for the finance, there is delay.
