Heard rival submissions.

The present application is filed by the applicant/accused for releasing him on temporary bail for a period of one month for attending marriage ceremony of his own daughter, which is to be performed on 30.11.2025.

The learned A.P.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that the applicant is harden criminal and his release for a period of one month is not advisable. However, the learned A.P.P. confirms the fact that marriage ceremony of the daughter of applicant/accused is to be performed on 30.11.2025.

Admittedly, the application for parole filed by the applicant on the same ground has been refused, since the period of six months was not completed after his earlier request. Further, the marriage invitation card indicates that there is marriage of his daughter on 30.11.2025. Considering the nature of crime committed by the applicant, we deem it appropriate to release him on temporary bail only for a period of seven days instead of one month as prayed. 5.

As such, application is partly allowed and the applicant/accused is hereby released on temporary bail for the period from 26th November, 2025 till 3rd December, 2025 on execution of P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with surety in the like amount before Superintendent of Jail, Central Prison, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.

The accused/applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent of Jail, i.e. Central Prison, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar on 3rd December, 2025 at 5.00 p.m.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
