Present applications have been filed by the acquiring body as well as State for getting the delay of 1416 days condoned. Learned Advocate for respondent No.1 has strong objection to allow the application on the ground that the delay is huge and inordinate and has not been properly explained. Taking into consideration the fact that the steps were taken by the applicant-authority to get the administrative sanctions, liberal approach is taken and therefore, the delay is hereby condoned.
