1) Heard. Though there is a prayer in the petition that the petitioner should be paid salaries for the period from 17.2.2012 till 8.1.2013, there is no material placed on record to show that the petitioner, as a matter of fact, has rendered services. In that view of the matter, we are not able to grant such relief and we do not find any merit in the petition. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to demonstrate that, the petitioner, as a matter of fact, rendered services during the aforesaid period and it will be open for the respondents concerned to consider such request of the petitioner, in accordance with the procedure and law.

2) In view of the aforesaid observations, the petition is rejected.
