PER COURT :- The learned AGP appearing for State has placed on record a communication, whereby the Deputy Secretary, Finance Department, Maharashtra State informed that, the order dated 2.7.2015 issued by the State Government, which is impugned in this petition, has been withdrawn. It is further stated that the Director of Local Funds & Audit shall have liberty to act in accordance with Rule 15 of 1931 Rules. The communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view of the fact that the order impugned in this petition has already been withdrawn by the State, nothing survives for consideration in this petition.
