Heard Mr Patil, learned advocate appearing for the applicants and Mr. Ambhore, learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.3.

Having considered the submissions and the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 6 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, civil application is allowed. Delay of 173 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off.

First Appeal be registered. On registration of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 21.6.2024. Mr. Ambhore, learned advocate waives notice for respondent no.3. 5.
