Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time. 2.

On finding that the petition suffers from non-availability of basic material, leave aside what is expected under the Rules, as a research to be conducted by the petitioner, the learned Counsel prayed for withdrawal of the petition.

At the request of Counsel for the petitioner, Public Interest Litigation is disposed of as withdrawn.

The petitioner prayed for liberty to file a fresh petition. Liberty granted and this Court further makes it clear that in case, the Court finds that the petition is filed only on belief, assumption, presumption and without any necessary material, the petition would be dismissed with heavy costs.
