In all these Writ Petitions, the Petitioners have put forth identical prayers. One such prayer clause put forth in Writ Petition No.14221/2023 reads thus:- "B) The Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, direction or order, thereby direct the respondent authority to re-calibrate of vehicle no.MH-18-BG-1978 as requested by petitioner vide his representation dated 16.10.2023 and further be directed that, if the weight found up to permissible limit, then the respondent authority shall release the vehicle immediately by recalling the impugned show cause notice of penalty issued by respondent

Considering the orders passed by this Court in several identical matters, these Writ Petitions are disposed off. 3.
