By previous order interim relief was granted, which is continued. Present application is filed in Writ Petition No. 4026 of 2020, which is tagged along with Second Appeal No. 345 of 2019 and Second Appeal No. 22 of 2020.

Both the appeals are admitted on substantial questions of law. The decree passed by the Trial Court for partition is stayed in second appeals. Any disbursement of amount would cause prejudice because entitlement of the parties is yet to be decided. In that view of the matter, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'C'.
