This petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Registrar General of Money Lenders and the learned Commissioner and Registrar of Cooperative Society Department Maharashtra State at Pune holding that revision under section 9 is not maintainable before the said authority. 2.

The petitioner relies upon the order passed by this court in review application (Civil) No.196/2024 in

(2) 38wp13402.24 WP/14387/2019. This court has held that revision is maintainable before the said authority.

In view of the same impugned order dated 18-062024 is quashed and set aside. The respondent No.1 is directed to decide the revision filed by the petitioner therein by restoring the revision application No.65/2023. The authority is expected to decide the said revision as early as possible. 4.

The petition stands disposed off.
