Leave to amend in Writ Petition No.11655/2019. 2.

The applicant before us is the President of Institution itself. It is his case that his private property has been directed to be sold by public auction towards payment of dues of the contempt petitioners. 3.

The learned advocate for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 11655 of 2019 concedes that plot no.68 is private property of this applicant (Chairman of the Institution). He places on record 7/12 extract of the land Gat No.747/2 and urged to replace plot no.68 by this land in the order dated September 20, 2023. He informs that learned advocate Mr.B.S. Deshmukh appearing for the petitioner in

In view of the same, the order dated September 20, 2023 passed in contempt petition no.502 of 2019 is modified as under :- "Plot no.68 appearing in clause 2 of the said order is replaced by land Gat No.747/2."

Rest of the terms of the said order stand unaltered. 6.

This order be read in Contempt Petition No.259 of 2018 and 281 of 2018 as well.
